The Third Parent Agency was founded to address the disappointments families face when searching for reliable childcare and the struggles of nannies who are often underpaid or mistreated. We aim to positively impact the lives of our clients and our nannies by embodying our core values in our work.

Our founder, Samaria Brown, is an AmeriCorps Alumni who worked as a private nanny, house manager and an event curator, bringing a love for children and an eye for detail to her work every day. Samaria saw a need that wasn’t being met in the industry, as families required specialized care that wasn’t easily accessible. She expanded her services to include homeschooling nanny and postpartum care has she grew with families changing needs. Now, The Third Parent Agency offers a range of services, from professional nanny, house managers to postpartum care and home schooling assistance, to help support families in every aspect of their lives.
